About these terms

These terms cover the HydroCan website, our shop and the HydroApp iPhone app. HydroCan is run by Hydro Nation Trading Co LLC, Trade License number 1419042, Floor 25, Ifza Tower, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Not medical advice

HydroCan and Hydrolyte are drinks, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

HydroApp gives estimates for general wellbeing, worked out from published science and the data you share with it. It is not a medical device. Answers in Ask come from an AI model and can be wrong. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have been told to limit fluids or salt, ask your doctor before changing what you drink. In an emergency, call 999 in the UAE or your local emergency number.

Orders and delivery

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. An order is confirmed when we email you. Delivery is next day in the UAE. It is free on subscriptions and on orders of AED 200 or more after discounts, and AED 15 otherwise.

We do not take returns. If an item arrives damaged, or we send the wrong item, contact us at support@hydrocanwater.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Subscriptions repeat at the interval you pick. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next order is prepared. In HydroApp, open the Shop tab, then My orders. You can’t manage orders on the website yet, so for a website order email support@hydrocanwater.com.

Using HydroApp

HydroApp is free. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

HydroApp Club

Clubs have zero tolerance for abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal content, and for harassment. This covers club names and member names, which must also not pretend to be someone else. Be kind to the people in your club.

Any member can report content or a member, or hide a member from their own view. We review reported content within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts responsible.

Our content

The HydroCan and HydroApp names, logos, pictures, films and text belong to HydroCan. You may share links to them, but not copy or sell them without our permission.

Liability

We work hard to keep the website and the app accurate and running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer law.

Apple

These terms are between you and HydroCan, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for HydroApp or its content, has no duty to provide support for it, and may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary. Your use of HydroApp also follows Apple’s Media Services terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@hydrocanwater.com.
